Shipping and Charges

Shipping is charged at two flat rates, $9.95 for orders under 2KG, and $19.95 for orders over 2KG, for all regions*. This excludes free pickup from our Chatswood store.

There is also a free pickup option from our Chatswood store available. In case this option is chosen you will have to wait for the confirmation e-mail informing that the pickup is ready before coming in the shop. If there are problems with the items you have selected we will get in touch with you in order to get everything sorted out as soon as possible. In either the situations we will get in touch with you in the follow 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Terms & Conditions

There is no minimum order cost.

Weights listed are a fair approximation.

In the case of items going out of stock you will be contacted to either change items ordered or process a refund.

Quattro Deli will make every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times assuming orders are placed prior to 2pm AEST. The estimated delivery times are for business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

Courier services are provided by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.

Perishable deli products (meat, cheeses and antipasto) will be shipped at the latest on Wednesdays at 12pm. This is done to ensure the delivery of the products before the weekend in order to preserve quality.

In case of delivery of wine or other liquors someone over 18 years will need to be at the delivery address to receive the order.

* Quattro Deli reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges for orders above our couriers standard weight limits and/ or to remote regional and rural areas. These charges will be advised of prior to shipment.

Express Delivery

Quattro Deli can offer express shipping for urgent delivery outside of our standard shipping times, where by additional shipping costs and terms will be communicated to you.

Perishable Goods

Unless otherwise stated, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carriers will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. In the case of perishable product being ordered, please ensure you or the recipient is available for collection. Every attempt is made to ensure goods are packaged for shipping to retain freshness and quality. However Quattro Deli is not responsible for goods not collected or where delivery to the stated address is not possible.

International Shipping

Quattro Deli is based in Sydney, Australia and our shopping cart is currently set for Australian customers. Quattro Deli can arrange for International Delivery dependant on International customs and food shipping restrictions. Quattro Deli will contact you with updated shipping costs with 24 hours of receipt of order. Updated shipping charges must be paid prior to delivery.

Returns

Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those guarantees. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at www.consumerlaw.gov.au.
Quattro Deli ensures the accuracy of all descriptions and information provided online however in the case of a product not matching the description a refund or exchange will be offered. In the case of a product being found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to:
- reject the goods and receive a refund.
- reject the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available.
Quattro Deli does not offer refunds for change of mind..
