ANTINORI BRAMITO DELLA SALA CHARDONNAY 2016
This wine offers delicate aromas of ripe tropical fruit with light hints of citrus fruit. The palate shows both structure and elegance, a bracing acidity, and a pleasurably savoury finish making it the perfect accomplice for mushrooms: think mushroom risotto.

LE VOLTE DELL'ORNELLAIA TOSCANA 2016
The baby brother of the famous Super Tuscan, Ornellaia. It oozes dark fruit, coffee and spice. There's a silky texture, soft, refined tannins. Pair it with a cheeky meat platter in the evening. Christian's favourite.

FANTINI PINOT GRIGIO TERRE SICILIANE 2016
This pinot grigio originates from Ortona and has complex fruit and herbal aromas with hints of oak and vanilla nutmeg. Its medium body means it pairs exceptionally well with a fish dish. A personal favourite of Rosanna's.

TORNATORE ETNA ROSSO 2016
The pride of Sicily! Combining two indigenous grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, this red is both balanced and surprisingly persistent. Faint ruby in colour, with delicate hints of morello cherry. A must for any dinner party!
